Returns & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. To uphold our standards, every order undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. We encourage all customers to familiarise themselves with the policies governing our returns process.

RETURN WINDOW AND ELIGIBILITY

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Please open packages carefully without scissors. We cannot accept items damaged during unpacking.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn and unused.
Be in it's original condition and packaging.
Have all original tags attached.
Show no sign of wear, tear or wash.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email complaints@olarsgrace.com
within the 7-day return period using your order number as the subject and the same email address used for your order.

If your request is approved:

1. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.

2. Place the unused item in its original packaging.

3. We will provide a return address where you may return the item independently via UPS, DHL or FedEx.

If you are unable to access services such as UPS, DHL or FedEx? We may be able to purchase a prepaid label on your behalf.

Kindly note that this is a paid service offered on a case-by-case basis. Terms and conditions apply.

Items returned without prior communication or approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

You may ship items back to our return address independently, or ask us to arrange a prepaid return label, subject to availability and applicable terms. This is a paid service calculated according to the package’s weight.

The quoted fee may be paid in advance or, where permitted, deducted from your store credit.

Original shipping fees for processed and dispatched orders are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES, STORE CREDITS & REFUNDS

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality inspection, which normally takes 2–5 business days. We will notify you electronically once the review is complete.

Approved returns are issued as:

1. A store credit, which may be used to reorder the item in another size or purchase a different item.

2. A refund equal to the value of the returned item, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If a paid item becomes unavailable, you may choose store credit for its full value or a full refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
