General Shipping Policies
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after receiving payments. To be clear, this means your order will be shipped on/before the 10th business day.
- Accurate shipping and delivery information is required to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
- Please note that orders will be particularly delayed during the launch of a new collection, restock of sold-out items, and/or during sale periods.
- Pre-order products from the OLARSGRACE x SYDNEY CARTER collection will start shipping on 20th December 2024. If your order contains items with a regular shipping timeframe alongside pre-order products, this will also ship together from the 20th of December.
- Olarsgrace does not deliver to P.O. Box.
You will receive the following notifications via your registered email from when your order is placed till you receive your purchase. Only four email notifications are sent out after a purchase has been made by a customer:
1: Order Confirmation Notification Immediately an order is placed. We advise to refer to your junk/spam folder if you don't get the confirmation mail in your inbox or contact orders@olarsgrace.com if you still didn't get it.
2: Shipping Notification - Once an order has been shipped within the stipulated shipping timeframe of 7-10 working days. You will be notified if there is any delay in your order processing time.
3: Delivery Notification - Once an order has been received by the customer.
4: Follow up email of the purchase made.
Note: Please contact us if you do not get the confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number (international orders).
Domestic Shipping
- We offer reduced shipping rates on all domestic orders.
- We ship through DHL Express.
- You will be notified via email of any delays in shipping. Please note, that delays may arise during national holidays.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Receipt of returned merchandise is not guaranteed.
- Please note that returns/exchanges can only be made via mail. Our facility will only receive items that are delivered through DHL Express.
In Store PickUp
- Pick up takes 5-7 business days. A representative will contact you once your item is ready for pick up.
- Ensure to arrange for items to be picked up once contacted for pick up.
- Pick up items would only be stored for 7 business days from when you are contacted. Daily charges of AED 25 would be applied after time elapses.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL express and/or FedEx. We offer world wide shipping to more than 191 countries and territories.
- We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
- All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Olarsgrace is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For international shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.
- In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee.
- Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
- We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL or FedEx has marked your package as delivered.
- By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.
