All outfits are designed and manufactured by Olarsgrace.

  • Is it safe to shop online with Olarsgrace?

Yes, indeed. We subscribe to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop seamlessly with absolute peace of mind. You can pay with your credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.

  • Why is shipping $45?

With $45, you can ship 0-2kg generally consisting of "2-3 items" depending on the outfit/design.

At Olarsgrace we care about our customers and are committed to the safety and safe delivery of their purchase. Hence, we leave no room for compromise when it comes to choosing logistics partner(s) that is both affordable and reliable. Our international shipping rates are very competitive and in accordance with best global standards.

  • Can I get a discount on Shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer discount on our shipping rates as it is already subsidised for international shipping.

$45 (subsidized) for international shipping is presently the best rate obtainable from our partners whose rates are in line with present market conditions. On this note, we will update if/when there is a change in price from our partners.

  • Do we ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide via DHL express. Please view our shipping policy for more information.

  • Do we have an exchange or return policy?

  • What sizes are available?

Sizes available are UK 4 - 20 AND/OR US 6 - 18. Please check the updated Olarsgrace size chart to help ascertain your size.

  • How do I know the prices in US dollars or My Local Currency?

  • What is the estimated delivery time frame?

  • Are your prices negotiable or can I get a discount?

No, they are not. Prices are fixed for purchase. To get our offers on discounts and sale, kindly look up the sale section on the store OR signup to our newsletter to stay up to date on product offerings and discounts.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed 2-4 hours after it has been placed. We begin processing orders immediately, for this we can’t cancel orders after the stipulated timeframe. 

  • How do I know if the product fits?

Kindly refer to the Olarsgrace size chart and measurement tutorials to help determine your exact measurements. We also have our customer care representatives you can seek advice from if you’re still unsure. 

  • Are the outfits true to Size?

Absolutely! Our sizing is true to size in accordance with our sizing guide.

  • Do you offer Made to Measure (M2M)?

No we do not offer made to measure. All designs are bulk-produced from our factories according to the sizing metrics on our size guide. Please be sure of your sizing/body type prior to placing your order. It is advisable to go a size higher to allow room for alterations to your best fit if necessary. This is solely at your own discretion.

  • Are the fabrics of good quality?

We take pride in the quality of our fabrics and designs. Essentially, fabrics vary depending on the intended style/design. Nevertheless, we remain consistent in our commitment towards quality and excellence when sourcing fabrics. Our fabrics are sourced from top-tier mills and undergo quality test prior to production.

Be rest assured that we deliver top tier quality to you at affordable prices.

  • Does the fabrics have stretch?

Generally our fabrics have little to no stretch depending on the design and choice of fabric. 

  • I ordered a wrong size, how do I go about making a return?

For all enquiries about returns, kindly refer to our exchange and return policies. You will find this linked at the footer/bottom of the website.

  • I am not quite sure about my size/ I think my body has changed/ I think I am in-between sizes?

At Olarsgrace, we aim to please and leave our valuable customers satisfied. We don't want you ordering an item that isn't your right fit. Hence we have a dedicated live chat option on the site to guide you on sizing.
