Shipping Policy

• All orders are generally processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after receiving payments. For clarity, this means your order will be shipped on/before the 10th business day.
• We ship with UPS (via DTDC Courier), DHL Express and FedEx
• Accurate shipping and delivery information is required to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
• All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Olarsgrace is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
• Please note that orders may be particularly delayed during the launch of a new collection, restock of sold-out items, and/or during sale periods.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Prevent transit Issues: After fulfillment, tracking the shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please track your shipment at least every 48 hours until delivery. If it hasn’t moved within 48 hours or you notice any delay, contact our fulfillment team immediately at orders@olarsgrace.com

You will receive the following notifications via your registered email from when your order is placed till you receive your purchase. 

1: Order Confirmation Notification Immediately an order is placed. We advise to refer to your junk/spam folder if you don't get the confirmation mail in your inbox or contact orders@olarsgrace.com if you still didn't get it.

2:  Shipping Notification  - Once an order has been shipped within the stipulated shipping timeframe of 7-10 working days. You will be notified ahead if there is any delay in your order processing time. 

3:  Follow up email of the purchase made.

All international orders are shipped with UPS via DTDC Courier, DHL Express and FedEx. We offer world wide shipping to more than 191 countries and territories. 

• For international shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.
• We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped. 
• All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Olarsgrace is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
• Olarsgrace cannot provide any advice or information about a country's tax rates and tariffs as they may vary.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee. 
• Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
• We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once UPS, DHL or FedEx has marked your package as delivered.
•  OlarsGrace is not liable for shipments abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, non-collection, or unpaid import duties/charges. Once the carrier takes this action, it is beyond our control.

• By completing a purchase with us you agree to our full shipping and delivery policy.
